Once you receive availability confirmation, a password will be provided via email

so you can access the event planning forms listed below. Use these forms below

as a means to begin the planning process. These forms will assist in facilitating

discussions during our meet and greet (step 3).

Step 3: Meet and Greet

Email and text messages have made it easier to do business on the go; however, I believe it is important to know whom you are interacting with. Therefore, I feel that a meet-and-greet is an important aspect of the planning process. This is a no obligation, no cost meeting, which allows you the opportunity to review my portfolio, ask questions, and discuss event information / format preferences. 

 

Step 4: Secure Your Event Date 

To permanently secure your event date, a $200 retainer AND fully ratified contract are required. Your retainer is applied towards total service charge, and is fully refundable if written notification is received 61+ days prior to event date. Once the event is within 60 days of the contractually agreed event date, all payments become non-refundable*.
